Nov. is a great time for holiday gift shopping and Siesta is
always a very high traffic area for Sarasota. Great restaurants,
many tourists, as well as high rise condominiums surrounding the
show.

manicured lawns is the ideal place for this show due to it’s prime

We have been running this show for 17 years in Nov. and now have
moved it to the height of our tourist season. The Island is packed
with seasonal residents as well as tourists at this time of year.
Right next to City Hall in the heart of Anna Maria/Holmes beach.
Limited RV parking in designated area. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON
SUNDAY NIGHT PER CITY.

Rules & Regulations for Participants
Please do not apply to our shows if
you cannot follow these few rules.
- Our shows hours are always: 10 to 4:30 PM Sat and Sun. (with
exception of Fishermen’s Village) You are not allowed to start
packing before end of show. Vehicles are not allowed to be moved
until 5 PM. You may dolly out to vehicle 4:30 to 5:00. Please
think of your neighbors who may load very quickly at 5 PM and
leave.
- You MUST park in exhibitor parking! Our shows are easy
accessible for loading and unloading and exhibitor parking is
always close. There is a continuing problem with some exhibitors
thinking they do not have to follow the rules of parking and
breaking down. Please read release form at bottom of page that
you are signing.
- Set up times at Fishermen’s village are strictly enforced by
Mall. NO early set ups as per my contract with them, they will
impose a 50.00 fine to Event Organizer per violation, which will
be passed on to exhibitor. (you may see copy of this fine in
contract Sunset Blvd. Signed)
- Absolutely no buy/sell. Handmade items created by exhibitors
only - if you don’t make it - DON’T BRING IT!!!
- Tables must be draped to the ground with appropriate and
matching table cloths -- no sheets or blankets are to be used as
table covers.
- If you bring a child - the child must stay in your booth and
not distract your neighbors.
- Show hours are 10 to 4:30 pm Saturday & Sunday. You
must stay for the entire show. No moving of vehicles until
5 pm.
- NO PETS ALLOWED -- the parks are clamping down on this and
we must enforce it.
- Bring ant spray and shims -- shows are outdoors -- spaces
are not level and ants are prevalent.
- Downtown Sarasota New Year -- bring weights -- the show
takes place on pavement and blacktop. Absolutely no pavement
nails or any other kind of nail is to be used -- WEIGHTS ONLY!
- Anna Maria shows (Holmes Beach City Hall Field) -- all
vehicles must be off site by 7:00 pm Sunday night according to
City ordinance.
- Phillippi Mansion -- absolutely no overnight parking of
motor homes or RVs. Cargo trailers must park in designated
areas -- not scattered all over the park.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. $75.00 deposits are nonrefundable or
transferable. Credit will be considered if Sunset Boulevard is
properly notified at least 1 month prior to the show, less
deposit. There are
no rain dates.

- Complete the application.
- A $75.00 deposit (nonrefundable or transferable) is required
to hold each show. Balance is due 30 days before each show.
Spaces will be assigned when Balance is paid in full.
- Send completed, signed application, 2 photos of your
work, 1 photo of your display, and appropriate fees to:
